Clearance Shapes and Size Attribute Set Pocket Blocks 60pcs Geometry & Shape

Overview

• Includes 60 durable blocks in various shapes, sizes, thicknesses, and colours with a handy storage tray for easy organisation.

• Children need to understand geometric relationships. This set enhances their understanding of geometry through hands-on learning. It includes 60 blocks in various shapes, sizes, thicknesses, and colours, all made from durable plastic designed to withstand regular classroom use, and comes with a handy storage tray for easy organisation.

• In Year 1, children can use these blocks to recognise and name common 2-D and 3-D shapes, aligning with the curriculum’s focus on geometry properties. By manipulating the blocks, children gain a tactile understanding of shape attributes, enhancing their ability to identify and describe them accurately.

• For Year 2 and Year 3, the set supports more advanced geometry topics, such as identifying horizontal and vertical lines, pairs of perpendicular and parallel lines, and understanding line symmetry. This practical approach helps solidify theoretical concepts, making abstract ideas more accessible and engaging for children.
