Overview

Equips teachers with a range of exercises using pegs and pegboards to help children enhance handwriting skills.

Teachers require effective resources to support children with handwriting challenges. This tool helps address this need by potentially improving handwriting skills through hands-on exercises, complementing the UK’s focus on literacy enhancement.

The support material is broken down into two sections: first section is a development on the exercises covered in the Early Years set, and the second ‘advance’ section aims to target specific skills such as shape, size and alignment, spacing and slant.
