Overview

Enhance Spanish lessons by integrating Bee-Bot or Blue-Bot coding activities, promoting interactive language learning and engagement.

The TTS Spanish Busy Street Mat enhances Spanish language learning through interactive play. Teachers can create engaging lessons by incorporating Bee-Bot or Blue-Bot robots, combining coding with language practice. This makes learning fun and helps children develop skills in both languages and technology.

In Key Stage two, the mat supports curriculum goals of engaging in conversations, asking questions, expressing opinions, and seeking clarification. Children navigate their robots through scenarios, practicing Spanish vocabulary and conversational skills dynamically.
The mat also aids in developing pronunciation and intonation. As children read aloud and use familiar phrases while guiding their robots, they improve their speaking abilities. It broadens vocabulary by introducing new words in familiar contexts, encouraging the use of dictionaries for further learning.
