Engage parents with these monster-themed maths games by Alice Sharp, in five take-home backpacks.

Overview

Each bag features a charming monster, accessories, and an activity booklet with engaging maths games to support early years skills.

Enhance early years communication and language skills with monster-themed maths games. These resources support the EYFS curriculum and promote personal, social, and emotional development. Each of the five mini backpacks includes a plush monster, accessories, and an activity booklet by early years specialist Alice Sharp, making learning fun and encouraging parental involvement at home.

Children engage in sorting, matching, counting, pattern recognition, sequencing, and understanding shapes and opposites. These tasks help them compare numbers, identify shapes, and understand size differences, all within a playful monster theme. Activities include finding monsters, matching socks, and dressing them in patterned ties and glasses, helping to embed early maths concepts.
The take-home bags also foster sharing, play, and vocabulary development as children tell each other about their work and play, supporting both teachers and parents in early years education.
