Encourage emotional expression and self-calming techniques can help children to slow down and focus.

Emotional awareness for children is an important skill to learn, These journals encourage children to explore their emotions and develop self-calming strategies. By engaging in mindfulness practices, children can learn to slow down, pay attention to the present moment, and develop better focus and self-awareness.

Designed to align with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum, they provide a platform for expressive arts and design. This facilitates the articulation of thoughts and feelings in young children, supporting both personal and social growth.
